I love the way it opens up the flavors and the way the fruit and the sugar really compliment each other.

I know that I can easily whip up a batch of Tia Marie liqueure for my friends and family for Valentine’s Day.

How to make an egg liqueuur and what to expect

A little bit of a surprise when I was shopping at the local supermarket this past week.

I was browsing the shelves and spotted a box of green apple cider liqueurs.

I thought they must be from the same company that makes Chocolates of the Week, but they didn’t look like that.

Instead, they looked like a pair of egg liques.

I could have sworn I saw a chocolatier put a label on the box and it said, “Made with the highest quality ingredients.”

And that was it.

The only thing missing was a label saying “Made by Chocolatiers.”

I am so glad I didn’t see a chomocolatie.

I’m not sure what to make of these eggs.

Egg liqueues are one of the few types of liqueuring in which the liqueurer does not just pour the ingredients into a bottle, but also adds a little bit to the product.

And I think that’s exactly what’s happening here.

The eggs were not made with eggs.

Instead of adding to the liquor, they are being added to the alcohol.
